Our firm will provide an Operations Manual that has been tailored to help in all the areas within the congregation. This manual will provide guidelines for ministries, and also include the procedures to write the Articles of Incorporations and Bylaws of the corporation. In addition, this manual will provide the entire organizational structure of the church. Other Manuals include: Procedures Manuals for Employees, Leadership Manuals, Missions Coordinator, Secretary/Treasurer. Staff and Personnel Recruitment and Training is also available.
